Is this a Delivery Truck?

...in Bulgaria, it could be.

Looks like our beloved Bulgarian tax cheats have finally outdone themselves. Bulgaria's Novinite reports that owners of high-end luxury vehicles have been avoiding the taxman by registering their cars as “light trucks” and “fast-food delivery vehicles.”

“To achieve this, the owners just remove the back seats, and have a special firm install a light screen behind the driver seats. Thus, the car receives a protocol for the modification that it has been turned into a light truck.”
Somehow, the massive spike in "banitsa delivery trucks" aroused suspicion. Officials must now inspect every truck in the country to confirm that it has been correctly registered.

Still unanswered: Why can't Bulgaria channel half of this energy into completing the Sofia-Burgas highway?
