This is one sure-fire way to solve Russia's population crisis, have the government encourage people to sexually harass their co-oworkers. Because that always leads to babies! (You're awesome Robert.)

If sexual harassment necessarily led to babies, Russia would have a VERY different population problem (see China).

ok... who's gonna kill this judge ??? amazing, how can someone say that... just because he's a "men"... I really wish that he became a woman to see how she will handle the harassment...
