However, from this point forward, both Muratov and Novaya Gazeta are going to have a tough time countering the argument that, 'These charges, honored comrades, are a People's victory against the forces of legal nihilism,' etc.
Also quietly missing from the indictment is any mention of Boris Berezovsky. We suppose he didn't have anything to do with the murder after all.

I'm sure there will be plenty more murders of journalists to investigate where Boris Berezovsky can come up as the wild card. Keep at it, Russia!
