Moscow Comes in Last

Vedomosti reports that Moscow has ranked last among the world's 50 leading commercial centers trailing Warsaw, Sao Paulo, Johannesburg, Beijing and Mumbai, according to a survey conducted by Master Card. Among criteria used to classify cities on the Worldwide Centers of Commerce Index, Moscow scored worst in terms of its legal and political framework, economic stability, and ease of doing business.
