Which, if anyone is keeping score, was a shameless rip off of Eero Saarinen’s 1958 design for the Main Terminal at Dulles airport.

But the Forrestal Building (US Dept of Energy) building is such an ugly brutalist monstrosity it simply has to be a rip off of some Soviet concrete block of crap.
